I am a dual-skilled coach and psychotherapist with over 25 years-experience in higher education. I'm a published author of Step In to Study Counselling and Psychotherapy, alongside Pete Sanders. Having worked as a university lecturer in sociology, I have a strong focus on social justice. Upon moving into teaching psychotherapy and counselling I led a team where I was honoured to win an award for leadership through change. I decided in 2025 to create this new private practice, where my approach and vision has something to offer those welcoming change, focus and a refreshed way of facing challenges. Qualifications & Accreditations Level 7 Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Coaching EMCC-accredited Senior Practitioner Coach MSc Person-Centred Psychotherapy and Counselling, with Distinction UKCP-registered Psychotherapist Certificate in Clinical Supervision through an Intersectional Lens Two MAs and a PhD in the Social Sciences.
